Refund policy

We stand behind every Lab-Approved product. If you're not satisfied, contact us at morris305@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange.

Items must be unused and in original packaging (we know that's a big ask with a Lab in the house — reach out anyway and we'll figure it out). Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, no return needed.

Some items ship from partner warehouses; we'll give you the correct return address when you start a return.
